Terms & Conditions

These Terms are a plain-language agreement between you and BS WebPortali. This is a template prepared for QAPixel and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before you rely on it.

1. Who we are

QAPixel (“QAPixel”, “the extension”, “the Service”) is operated by BS WebPortali (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the Republic of Serbia, registration number (matični broj) 67278178, tax ID (PIB) 114037970, registered address Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. You can reach us at support@qapixel.com.

2. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using QAPixel — in either its Free or Pro form — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

3. Licence to use QAPixel

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use QAPixel for your own or your organisation's internal quality-assurance purposes.

Free: permits a single element pairing per page and does not include report export.
Pro: unlocked with a valid licence key purchased through our authorised reseller (Gumroad). A Pro licence is issued per purchase and is intended for use by the purchaser or their organisation.

4. Intellectual property — name, code and design

All rights, title and interest in and to QAPixel are and remain the exclusive property of BS WebPortali. This includes, without limitation:

the QAPixel name and “QAPixel” word mark, the QAPixel logo, and associated brand assets, which are trademarks of BS WebPortali;
the source code, object code, structure, algorithms, matching logic, and comparison engine of the extension;
the user interface, layout, copy, documentation and report formats; and
the overall look, feel and concept of the product.

No part of these Terms transfers any ownership to you. Your licence grants use only, not ownership.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

copy, reproduce, republish, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute QAPixel or any part of it;
reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on QAPixel or its code;
remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding;
use the QAPixel name, logo, or any confusingly similar name or mark for any product, service, domain, or listing;
circumvent, disable, or tamper with the licensing, activation, or usage-limit mechanisms; or
use the extension to build, train, or benchmark a competing product.

We reserve all rights and remedies available to us for any breach, including revocation of your licence and legal action for infringement of our intellectual-property rights.

6. Purchases, licence keys and refunds

Pro purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc., acting as our reseller/merchant of record. Payment, invoicing, and refunds are subject to Gumroad's terms in addition to ours. A licence key is validated against Gumroad at activation and periodically thereafter; a refunded, charged-back, or cancelled purchase will cause the extension to revert to Free mode. Refund eligibility is handled per our stated refund policy and Gumroad's policies.

7. Third-party services

QAPixel reads your Figma files through the official Figma API using a personal access token that you supply and that is stored locally in your browser. Your use of Figma is governed by Figma's own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Figma, Inc. or Google LLC. “Figma” and “Chrome” are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

QAPixel is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. QAPixel is a QA aid; it does not guarantee that your build is free of defects, and you remain responsible for your own testing and release decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BS WebPortali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of QAPixel. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Pro licence in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the extension. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Belgrade, Serbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
